Do you have more items than are listed in your store?

Yes. We have over 20,000 items in stock, and are working hard to get all of our inventory online.  If there is something specific that you are looking for, please contact us, and we will search our inventory for you.


Are the product photos just "stock" images?

No. We have either scanned or photographed each item, so you can be sure that the item you see online, is the actual item you receive upon purchase.


How can I be sure of an items condition?

We try to be extremely thorough in providing condition descriptions, but feel free to contact us, if you have questions. We will promptly respond to your inquiry. Also, be sure to check out our Condition Grading page for details on how we grade items.

We ask that all customers closely review the product images and condition description, PRIOR to placing an order.


What’s your return policy?

We want you to be happy with your purchase! If you receive your purchase and are unhappy with it, please contact us immediately.  If we are unable to rectify the issue, we will provide you with an RA number to return the item for a full refund.

Notes:
1) If an item is damaged in shipping, we will file a claim with the carrier, in order to provide you your full refund.
2) Returned items must be in the same condition that we shipped them in.
3) Please return items in their original shipping materials (assuming there has been no damage to it).
